The left shoulder harness in the large size, cut to fit over heavier workwear. Utilities, transport and outdoor crews wear high-visibility vests, jackets and wet weather gear, and a harness sized for a shirt will not reach.
Shoulder mounting also keeps the camera clear of a tool belt or hip bag, and high enough to see past whatever is being carried.
Order to fit the outermost layer people actually wear in winter, not the uniform shirt. Mixed teams generally need both sizes on the shelf.
