What's actually included in the per-user price?
Every monitoring + software module: Emergency Monitoring through the 24/7 centre, Team Alerts, Are You OK check-ins, Live Reporting, SafeSense, Storage, and Visit. One subscription at $35 AUD per user per month. Hardware is one-time, separate. Enterprise contracts can split this into per-module pricing if you want it.
Why do discounts compound? Show me the math.
A 36-month term (24% off) for a 100-user team (3% off) lands at $35 AUD × 0.76 × 0.97 = $25.80 AUD per user per month. The longer and bigger you commit, the cheaper it gets.
What if my team grows mid-term?
Add users at the same per-user rate, co-terminated with your existing contract. You never lose your discount tier. Adding 50 users to an existing 100-user contract doesn't reset your term clock.
Is hardware refundable if a device fails?
Yes. Standard 2-year manufacturer warranty on all devices. DuressCare+ ($12 AUD per device per month) covers accidental damage, battery replacement, and 24-hour swap shipping across AU/NZ/UK.
Do you offer a pilot or trial?
For teams under 25 users, configure online and you're live in a week. That is the pilot. For larger teams, we run paid 90-day pilots with full support and a defined success metric. If we miss the metric, you can exit.
What happens at renewal?
You keep your locked-in per-user rate for the duration of your renewal term. We don't run surprise price increases. If our list price rises, your renewal is still benchmarked off your original rate plus CPI.
Can I buy hardware outright and skip software?
No. The hardware is purpose-built for our monitoring centre. Without the software subscription, devices won't transmit. This is also why our hardware is priced at cost: the value lives in the service.
Indoor positioning, beacons, what's the cost?
Gateway $329 AUD each + $5 AUD/month. Beacon $59 AUD each + $5 AUD/month. You only need these for indoor floor-level location accuracy. Most outdoor or vehicle-based teams skip them.
